gear grinding

need some help. when I first start the rzr and put it in gear it doesn’t grind, but once it gets warmed up I have to kill the engine and put it in gear so it doesn’t grind, sometimes I get lucky and it will go into gear after being warmed up…..(sounds like a scene in a porno) and yes a put in a brand new 2 way bearing that I got from hunter works, also a brand new belt

Grizzly winch help

I bought and installed a brand new 2500lb winch on my ’14 grizzly 700 this weekend. THought I’d test it out and tried winching a fallen tree (no bigger than 12" diam and 5 or 6 foot long) off the trail. Could only drag it about half way, then had to put quad in reverse and pull it. The winch seemed really weak, so I figured I’d try pulling the quad only (without me on it) up a small embankment to simulate being stuck. Wouldn’t do it. Am I over-expecting or should this be easy shit for this winch? I spent ALOT of time making the install really nice and making a bracket for the solenoid to mount up under the dash plastic to keep shit off it. Now I’m afraid to even take it in the mud.

Comfortable seat/storage box

I have a lady friend that has been riding with me. I tried letting her ride my spare quad but she just isn’t into it.:icon_ cry:I currently have a Plano 1510 and love it but it’s a little cramped. But she loves riding on back with me so I’m looking at a more comfortable storage box with a seat. The 2 I like the looks of are the following:

1) Anybody have any experience with the Kolpin lounger (link below)?

2) The other would be the Quadboss Weekender. This one is about $370 vs $195 for the Kolpin.

Any input for these or other seats is appreciated!

Thanks guys!
