My first post! I’ve own a 2002 Yamaha Grizzly 660 for just over a year now. I purchased it from my brother whom was always very meticulous about maintaining it (oil was changed just before purchase). I’ve put anywhere between 200 and 300 miles on it since I’ve owned it (no trailer until recently). So I start my oil change noticing no level on dipstick. I decided to measure the amount of oil drained and found it to be only 26oz! Now I have major concerns. Completed oil change with filter and filled to proper level. It seems to be running fine but I am obviously concern about the health of this machine. watching oil consumption now but not enough use to determine if its using oil or was just inadequate level from last oil change. Would appreciate any advice on how to proceed with this machine.
Santa Claus is coming to town!!
Christmas is only 2 months away. Have you thought about what to get your outdoorsy ATV loving family, friend, or significant other? The DXTrigger makes a great gift or stocking stuffer and is something that they’re sure to use (unlike that light-up novelty sweater you got 3 years ago that’s still hidden in the back of the closet).
You can order the DXTrigger today and be done with your Christmas shopping, or with our fast shipping wait until December. And if you get another novelty sweater this year, you can get the DXTrigger for yourself.

Hello all, I work on motorcycles and mostly all types of fun toys, Currently working on a 2001 Polaris Scrambler 50 which someone installed a new carburetor.
I sandblasted the spark plug (very wet from oil & fuel) and replaced the fuel (looked like it had water in it) I also drained the carburetor bowl.
I set both the air/idle screws at 1.5 out it runs but has poor performance and there seems to be a lot of oil coming out of the exhaust.
I was wondering what is the correct spark plug gap & the correct setting for each carburetor set screws and what is acceptable compression for this machine.
