1984 TRX200 Rebuild

Hi all, new member new project. Bought a rough trx200. Mostly needs electrical work. So my questions are; what other model years can I use for spare parts? And are there some good sites to order from?

I need all the lights, Rev neutral Headlight, and a headlight/engine/starter switch.

Thanks in Advance

Done shims and spring. Now what?

Hi!
I have a 2011 grizzly 700eps. 26" maxxis big horns. 1.5mm shims ,purple spring.

Use the atv for trail riding and towing moose in the hunting season… So i need it to be slow and strong when towing.

I’v heard when installing a new spring, i also need to change the weights? Heavier?

Is there a method for finding the correct roller weight?
Do i need new weight?
What will be the new feeling of the bike with new weights?

Trading in a 2012 Sportsman 500.. 450 HO or 570?

Hey all, I am looking to trade in my 2012 Sportsman 500 but cannot decide between 450 HO or 570.. I basically trail ride and already have a 570 and RZR 900 so this is just a spare so to speak when I go out with others. Is the extra $700 worth it? I see my 500 is actually a few HP more than the 450 but likely cannot tell.. unlike with the 570 of course. Any other major differentiations I should take into account? Thanks!

Fuel Choice !

Talked to my dealer yesterday ,i assumed they put unleaded reg in it on first fill. Wrong he said we always put premium in, no corn. He said we do this for all small engines ,they sell motorcycles also . After reading a myriad of articles opinions btween corn or no corn . I am going with i have always done and run premium no corn even if as some say total waste of money! Just me.

Adjust drive chain & rear brake issue on 2008 Outlaw 450 MXR

Just recently purchased. Having issues adjusting drive chain. I loosened the two rear axle housing pinch bolts, inserted a rod into the rear axle housing and moved the vehicle forward and backwards to try and tighten chain with no luck. Am I missing a step or ?? Is there a certain area the rod or pin punch needs to go into the rear axle housing? I am placing it thru the sprocket into the housing and moving the quad forward and back. either direction nets me nothing. Also having issues with rear brakes. reading some posts, it sounds like issues with rear master cylinders are common that either have to be replaced or rebuilt. Any idea’s besides spending $131 on a new master cylinder?
