When I first got the four wheeler I just put a new battery in it which was like 3 weeks ago and it ran fine! Until just recently my friend took out the carb to clean it because it had trouble idling, after that it would even turnover it would just keep crank but wouldn’t actually run then 2 days go by and I go to check it then it wouldn’t even start, at all.. someone told me it was the solenoid because I could place a wrench on both of the terminals if the solenoid and it would crank! So I bought another one and it still won’t crank! Another thing I notice is that it’s a electrical shifter on the handle, and the display doesn’t know what gear it’s in but the reverse red light is on and the neutral green light is on idk what’s wrong with it tried everything…I have checked the angler shifter or angle sensor and don’t really know what I’m looking for?.
I have a 94 300 fourtrax 4×4 with an electrical issue. I’m only getting 0.46 volts to the front, everything at the back reads 12 volts. Help is appreciated!

I noticed 3 of the 4 engine mounts are shut (separated) on my 09 Grizzly 700, with 6500km on the clock.
Now, i did alot of searching, refered to the service manual, but there doesnt seem to be a clear way of doing it, so i’m asking if anybody has imput on this matter.. From what i figured;
*Move front and rear diff in order to clear and remove front and rear driveshafts
*Remove exhaust
*Remove shift linkage
*Drain coolant and remove water pump inlet tube in order to clear mount bolt (F/L)
*Remove clutch primary and secondary sheaves in order to remove inside cover to clear access to bolt (F/R)
…Anything else?
My plan is to lift the engine up 1-2 inches in order to clear the mounts and replace them with the engine in the bay.
I had a shade tree mechanic rebuild the top end and replace the shift tube on my son’s 07 420 and it ran for about 30 mins and now it won’t start. We picked the bike up and my son was riding around the neighborhod taking it easy( as the mechanic suggested) for the break in period. He said the bike just shutdown, and a helpful neighbor happened to pass by and towed him home. We played around with it a few days(changed the gas, put a new spark plug, pulled the fuel injector to make sure it wasn’t clogged), but it still won’t start. It back fired a few times but it just won’t start. I got a service manual and have run thru the trouble shooting steps for the pcm, bank angle sensor, and stop switch but that all checks out. The shift indicator is just a blinking dash so I’m thinking the angle sensor is bad and needs to be replaced or cleaned which i will work on asap. If anyone has any experience with this or any ideas i would appreciate the help hunting season starts next weekend.
Hi
hope this is still working as I got my back against the wall on a small problem . I got a 1999 ranger , built like a tank . about a year ago its started to stall on me to lead me to an overheating problem … flush the rad , change the thermostat , bypass the sensor for the fan so its running all the time as a test . water pump impelar look fine . I rebuild the engine … put it back together this weekend and did a trial run this morning . its stall again on me .The last test I did back home was the output antifreeze line is very hot and the input is a mild warm . for the rad I can stick my finger in there and its not warm enough to burn me . I disconnected the in line of the rad to see the flow of antifreeze . its flowing but got nothing to compare it to . I would say below 1/4 of the hose at idle . I’m down to rad cap , impelar , spark plug # . Help anyone . Yvonat

I just installed a front bumper on my son’s 2016 Sportsman 450 H.O. The fit was perfect. Install was seriously about 5 minutes. This thing is lined up perfectly. I also weighed mine before install. It was 17.5 lbs. I know a few people had posted about the weight and wondering how much it would add to the front end. Not much at all for all that protection. To say I am happy with John is an understatement. This was the single easiest aftermarket item I have ever installed because it is lined up so well. Just can’t say enough. :unitedstates:
