Missing electrical system

I recently bought a 2000 600 Grizzly. When I got it it would start and run because it was straight wired . The positive and negative connection from the starter relay were bolted together . To start it you had to touch the negative battery wire to the battery. It would start and run with no problems. I bough a new wire harness . The harness was to replace the missing starter solenoid wires. From the new harness I cant tell if I’m still missing wires. I also replaced the electric start switch and the speedometer .Which were broken when I got them. I went through the service manual .But I have no power so I think I’m missing some electrical connections on the starter solenoid. If anybody has pictures that would help a lot

Swapping snow plow?

I asked this question under the "new Guy" forum as well, but thought maybe it belonged here?

Can I use my 2005 Polaris Glacier 52" plow from my 2005 Sportsman 500 on a my new 2015 850XP?

I understand the frame mounting on the ATV has changed, but can a new blade mount be attached to my blade to allow it to fit the new ATV?

Dealer is trying to sell me a new plow system…

Thanks in advance for your help! Great site here!

Loss of Power/Acceleration After Rebuild

I’ve been researching for hours but I’m fairly new to the Grizzly and ATVs in general. Looking for a little assistance getting this thing up and going.

05 660. I just finished a top end rebuild. 686 kit with CP 11:1 piston and new cylinder, Mudbuster cam, K&N air filter with stock airbox, HMF exhaust, and Dynojet stage 1 kit. I put in the DJ160 main jet and also added a Mikuni 45 pilot jet. Left the valves alone.

Before all of the work it burned oil like crazy but ran ok. Now it starts ok, idles fine (maybe a tad rough?), but has hardly any power. If I mash the throttle from idle there is a very noticeable hesitation before the power comes on. After the hesitation, it accelerates fine up to 10-15 MPH or so. After that point, it’s extremely slow to accelerate and doesn’t want to go much over 20-25 MPH.

I guess where I’m getting crossed up is figuring out whether I put the carb together wrong, if I need to mess with the jetting, or it’s something else entirely. Any suggestions? I’m thinking of taking the carb off to clean and possibly rebuild. Is there anything I can try before I do that or am I on the right track?

TIA

Fourtrax 4X4 driveline engaged

Have a 1993 Fourtrax TRX300F, brakes are not engaged but can’t move the ATV. Both front and rear axles move just a little bit, I can engage the rear brake and axles do not move.
I can turn over the engine without the wheels moving.
What is the problem? Any and all imput would be appreciated.

New Guy with ??? Swapping plows?

Good morning to all. Great site, with tons of info.

I just purchased a 2015 Sportsman 850xp. Also have a 2005 550.

I am trying to swap the Polaris Glacier Plow from the 2005 and put it on my 2015. Can this be done? Do I have to buy a new $700 snow plow?

Was really excited, and now an very confused…

Certainly appreciate any guidance that the experts can share!
