I recently bought a 2000 600 Grizzly. When I got it it would start and run because it was straight wired . The positive and negative connection from the starter relay were bolted together . To start it you had to touch the negative battery wire to the battery. It would start and run with no problems. I bough a new wire harness . The harness was to replace the missing starter solenoid wires. From the new harness I cant tell if I’m still missing wires. I also replaced the electric start switch and the speedometer .Which were broken when I got them. I went through the service manual .But I have no power so I think I’m missing some electrical connections on the starter solenoid. If anybody has pictures that would help a lot

I’ve been researching for hours but I’m fairly new to the Grizzly and ATVs in general. Looking for a little assistance getting this thing up and going.
05 660. I just finished a top end rebuild. 686 kit with CP 11:1 piston and new cylinder, Mudbuster cam, K&N air filter with stock airbox, HMF exhaust, and Dynojet stage 1 kit. I put in the DJ160 main jet and also added a Mikuni 45 pilot jet. Left the valves alone.
Before all of the work it burned oil like crazy but ran ok. Now it starts ok, idles fine (maybe a tad rough?), but has hardly any power. If I mash the throttle from idle there is a very noticeable hesitation before the power comes on. After the hesitation, it accelerates fine up to 10-15 MPH or so. After that point, it’s extremely slow to accelerate and doesn’t want to go much over 20-25 MPH.
I guess where I’m getting crossed up is figuring out whether I put the carb together wrong, if I need to mess with the jetting, or it’s something else entirely. Any suggestions? I’m thinking of taking the carb off to clean and possibly rebuild. Is there anything I can try before I do that or am I on the right track?
Have a 1993 Fourtrax TRX300F, brakes are not engaged but can’t move the ATV. Both front and rear axles move just a little bit, I can engage the rear brake and axles do not move.
I can turn over the engine without the wheels moving.
What is the problem? Any and all imput would be appreciated.
