Hey guys so Ive been looking around and I found this sportsman for sale in my area. First of all what do you guys think of sportmans? Any know issues? He’s asking for 3600$ its a 2006 with 1650 miles. Would you guys consider this a good deal? I need a companion for my Rubicon and I’m not very familiar with atvs all your guys input will be extremely helpful.

Good evening everyone. I’m a new guy to the forum. I "stumbled across this forum looking for answers to a new to me 1997 Honda TRX 300 2wd.
It looks as thought I’m having the same carb issues that others are having.
I’ll post in the appropriate section.

Had my gas set on reserve and ran out of gas, could not get the atv to start again. Since I am less than a novice mechanic and 75 yrs old decided to purchase a new carb, installed much to my surprise it started. Idled too fast tried the idle adjustment did not solve the problem, let set up for a few days came back smelled gas opened air filter box which contained gas. Now will not start at all any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have the non-H.O. Model. Is there a drain plug on the engine separate from the drain on the oil tank on the left side?

I am trying to figure out where to put the second battery on our 2016 900-5 ranger crew. Would anyone happen to have done this or know how to do it? I think I already purchased everything that I need, I just don’t know of a good spot to put the 2nd battery. Also, has anyone ever installed light bars all the way around their ranger? I have 2 50 inch curved up front and 2 52 inch curved on the sides, and track lights inside. With 3 light bars turned on, I don’t seem to be killing the battery too bad, but as soon as I turn on the 4th light bar, my battery starts to drop and it is not very long before I see the LO voltage warning on the tac. Anyone have any ideas? For the most part, we use all 4 lights at the same time. We are on a lot of land and are going after hogs and coyotes. =D howdy yall i got a issue with my 2004 350 rancher not oiling head 🙁 it’s blowing air out the hole instead of oil. Just rebuilt engine split case an all cleaned an replaced parts ect bored shaved head… Now not oiling please help :"(

I seem to have forgotten…. Hids get hooked directly to battery (including relay)
Or to aux power where my heated grips are already?
4x 55 watt hids.
