2015 nearly new renegade has had a engine clunk since day one.
It happens in park and in high or low. I’ve noticed it when i get off the gas and then get back on it quick. So if its idling, i can blip the throttle and it clunks about half the time.
Is this a common thing? Is it actually a clutch noise?
New to the forum and need opinions.
Have an opportunity to buy a 2001 350TM for what I think is a fair price. I’ve ridden it a bit, carb needs cleaning, but otherwise looks like it been well taken care of.
Does this model have any serious issues?

Hi everyone. I’m new here. I’ve had a few of these old 2 strokers over the years, and decided to get another one recently.
When I pulled the engine for a rebuild I noticed, after the head work was done of course, that my inner clutch cover seal was mangled. Bought a parts bike, same problem.
I can’t buy the seal anywhere, as it is discontinued. I’ve found lots of seals on Ebay for 93+ Trail Bosses but nothing for my 1990 4×4.
Can the newer seals, or a seal from a different Polaris be modded to fit? Is there any other clutch covers that can fit this bike, and still be able to buy seals?
Ok so here is what I have the nutral light and reverse and oil Temp lights will not come on the push start stopped working so I put in a new starter and solenoid and still nothing so I checked wires and went to messing with the key when I did mess with key the lights came on for just a min but then went off so I took apart the key ignition switch but no matter what wires I put to the hot the lights still don’t come on but if I put a hot to the black brown wire in the back of the bike I can get the lights to come on but still nothing else will work I’m dumb founded in this any help
I’m installing a LT2000 winch on my 1996 Fourtrax 300 this weekend and have a question. Instructions say to tie the red wire from the rocker switch to the ignition switch. I read through the forums and see that I can tie into the pink or pink/white wire. My question is what the best method to tie the red wire into the other wire? Also, can I just connect the red wire straight to the battery. Thanks for all your help!
Does anybody have any experience with MR. RPM race cams for the 1000r. They are drop in as long as you have Maveric heads. Debating on getting a set along with his reflash that is set up for his race cams.
A little worried about trail riding and or going up a steep hill without a lot of throttle. Technical riding and what not. How well does this cam work in these conditions? Thanks for all your help.

– EPI Clutch – Thanks to Dave at EPI (What a huge wealth of knowledge that guy is!!!)
– Big Gun Duals Slip On
– Fasst Flexx Handlebars (Found these with 2 rides on them in perfect condition for $200)
– ROX Risers
Also scheduling it in for a full fluid flush, clutch install and overall maintenance.
I will be doing the dash relocate in the plastic above the seat as pictured below: Attachment 65658
