XMR Trail Tires on Stock Wheels
Does anybody have any pics of trail tires on their stock XMR wheels? I want something close to the stock gorilla tire so it doesn’t interfere with the clutch. Also, what size tires are you running on the stock wheels? I want to switch out, but not sure how wide I could go on the rear. Any help is greatly appreciated.
2005 Foreman 500 HELP
I’m new to the forum guys and really needing some help. I have a 2005 foreman 500 Es and it won’t start. Last time I rode it it felt like it was low on power (kinda heard a chattering but could’ve just been in my head) then as I was going up a hill it acted like it didn’t wanna climb it and just died, after a couple minutes it started back fine and I drove it home, now it won’t start at all, it won’t even "hit" just cranks. I know for 100% fact it’s not the carburetor, and I know it’s getting spark (to the plug anyway) I know it’s none of that due to the fact I have 2 more of the same fourwheeler and swapped all parts around and still nothing, I’ve read some forums that said it could be the CDI, or maybe even jumped time? Or valves? Please help! Thanks!
2002 Rancher 350 carburetor
Have a 2002 trx350fm. Been leaking from carb overflow occasionally and has been getting worse. Had to replace starter brushes and decided to look into. Wasn’t dirty or sticking so I got a new float needle. Tried again and fuel comes out within seconds of turning fuel on. Replaced float per recommendation from dealer as that is the only other serviceable item. Still does it. The valve on the bowl is closed and does not leak and the overflow tube doesn’t appear to be leaking. Tried putting carb in a larger bowl to see what is happening with float exposed and filled through fuel line inlet. Float came up but did not stop fuel from passing through line and was well above where it should stop.
Dealer says the seat could be the cause but is not serviceable. Looks ok and it seals with the slightest pressure if held manually by hand or screwdriver. Seems I am down to relaxing the carburetor itself.

Looking for the carb it came with is around $350 part #16100-HN5-673. Google search comes up with part #16100-HN5-m41 for 2000-2006 but only shows as the oe for 2004 and up and only $150 new. I know the engines are the same but is there a difference between the two other than $200?

How are the suspension Springs on the new atv? My stock Springs on my 2015 were way to soft to hold up the snow plow. How does this new machine steer in awd? My 2015 turns hard in awd.

2004 Rancher TRX400FGA Electrical Problems
I have a 2004 TRX400FGA Rancher 4×4. The Electronic display quit working and it will only move in automatic mode. Pretty much all the lights and the electric shift won’t work either…It will start up and run fine. Most recently on a test ride, it got stuck in 2nd or 3rd gear. I had to turn the atv off and start up again for it to reset. It sounds like a control module going bad. Has anyone experienced this or have any idea what it may be? Thanks.
Sportsman problems aggravating
I have a 08 sportsman 500, I have recently cleaned the fuel tank, fuel block, and carburetor. Was riding it today it ran perfect for about 30 to 45 mins. That’s when trouble set in, now it will start and idle but won’t take any fuel just bogs down and dies when trying to accelerate. I bypassed the fuel block to see if something in it was causing it and still does the same thing. This is my second polaris and so far I’m wishing I would have stayed with yamaha. My other sportsman won’t fire and it’s got a new stator, plug, and wire… but I’m more concerned about the 08 500 bc it’s in at least idling state.. any help about what to check or fix will be greatly appreciated before I decide to trade it in.

Help with my 2016 sportsman
Looking for some advice in suspension for the front , not looking to lift but I heard that there is a HD kit for the front shocks does anyone have the part number for the 2016 sportsman 850
Also I seem to have a lot of play in the handle bars not because of the usual known sportsman issue but it seems to be when i turn the handle bars they turn a little bit before the tires actually start to turn
Any ideas?
