2014 rancher 420FM1 starting problem

Hi everyone! I’m new to this site, but not quite new to honda atv’s. I have a problem I’m hoping that someone may be able to assist me with. I bought this atv from a friend because he cut the harness in a fit of rage lol and didn’t want to fix it so I’m taking on the task. This atv ran like a charm before he cut the harness. I have replaced the harness and I’m at a dead stop now, when I hit the start button the starter sylenoid clicks and the starter also spins but does not engage same as if I jump the sylenoid but when I do that the screen cuts off any help is appreciated!!

New to the site and a proud owner to of 2016 Outlander 1000R XMR (Hyper Silver, Black and Octane Blue). Turned in my 2011 Outlander 800R XMR.

No mods currently – will be looking into an LED light bar, and a clutch kit, exhaust and flash in the spring.

With the "hit and miss" start to the winter, I’ll be riding the beast for another week or so before I make the leap over to the sled.

Happy Holidays and Cheers from Northern Ontario.

Recommended tire slime/ sealant

So I went out on my first trail ride in the used 04 Sportsman 400. I quickly learned there aren’t enough plugs for the thorns on the trails. I’ve been an avid mountain bike rider for a few years and use a slime/sealant in my tubeless setup on the bike and never have flats. What’s the recommended tire slime/sealant for ATVs? I know Walmart carries a big pumper full of the "Slime" brand but I’m not sure if that’s the way to go. What do y’all use?
