I noticed that my TRX300 makes a slight engine noise…hard to explain. It kind of reminds me of a cross between a supercharger whine and a vacuum/air sucking sound. The noise isn’t loud…I’m thinking the 02 Rancher I bought new made the same noise. I’ve looked all over the Internet for one that makes the same sound and the only one that I found was a video that a guy made of a mint condition TRX300 4×4 in which he was just making a video of the cherry he bought. Just wanted to make sure that it was normal and that it doesn’t need serviced. It starts, idles, and runs fine.

So today after I finally motivated myself to take out and clean the carb (was clogged with dirt), now motor runs like a dream.
Decided to take her out for a spin, while climbing the driveway back I head a strange metallic click from under the machine and realized she is not going forward as eagerly and that rear is spinning out. I was able to estabilish that front shaft still spins. Is my front diff toast?
Thanks

I’m looking for pictures of the 2013 and up Scrambler frames…. Preferably of six angles front, back, left, right, top, and bottom…. I need it for reference….
I just bought a left over 2013 honda Rincon for a dealer out of state it has 50 miles on it from running from the garage to front of the dealership everyday since 2013. I noticed when I fist start it it never has a high idle when cold and when I try to put in gear it will stall unless I let it warm up for maybe 5 minutes. I replaced the plug and that didn’t help it. I just want to know if this is common? Do they usually have a high idle when cold? The rincon came with the 1 year factory warranty so im trying to figure if it needs to go into my local dealer.
Anyone know a place online I can buy these? Commonly used to tap in for accessories you only want powered on with the ignition. I’m using it to tap for a 40amp relay that will serve for all my lights, etc.
I purchased a Viper winch based on recommendations here and else where saying they were great winches and had great customer service. I purchase a 3000 lb Max winch a month ago and used it for first time on x mas plowing snow. It broke, cracked the housing. The customer service has been horrible, and now they are telling me I will pay shipping to have them see if they will fix it or replace it. It is brand new, now the price of winch just went up and I’m out winch for 3 weeks while they decide what to do. If someone is considering one of these, I would look into another brand. I might ask for refund and purchase another brand myself. Just thought I would share honest feedback and save someone else the hassle.
