Hello all just signed up. And yep you guessed it. Looking for some help. I have a 08 700 ranger and having the old TPS issue. Problem is I followed the long version. Set my TPS to .528 with butterfly closed cable disconnected and idle screw backed off. Adjusted idle screw so TPS was reading .660v. Readjusted pedal cable so I had full sweep to 3.6v and now it disent even run. Any thoughts ? Note. Kinda strange I had to turn the idle screw down 2 1/2 turns to get from .528 to .660. Unit is over fuelling and backfires. ?
