New top end break in….

I know this topic has been bashed and debated. Everyone has their own magic.
Here is what i planned just hitme with a piston if i am heading the wrong direction.
Im doing a wet build. Piston rings head(used lapped head and valves) are replaced.
Flushed case.
After its buttoned up i will do one heat cycle then check for leaks etc.
Im in the city so i can’t run it for long without drawing too much annoyance from neighbors so i will ride it up and down the street varrying the throttle not opening it wot for 10 15 min hitting all gears up and down with engine breaking.
Let cool and check head torque and valves.
Do it one twice more riding harder each time.
Dump dino and filter.
Refil with same.
Take it to farm and do a good one hour ride around the farm as i normally ride.
When should i do another filter and oil?
Just keep riding as i normally would for next 100 miles or so before giving her or will i be good to go?
This is my first ever attempt at any kind of top end work but thanks to write ups here and youtube its relatively simple.
Sorry bike is an 06 rancher 350.
