I’ll try to keep this short and to the point.
I purchased a BRAND new 2017 TRX500 Rubicon for hunting. I pick it up from dealer, park in my shop. Few days later I load it on the trailer and head to Montana hunting. While in Montana we never used the ATV’s, never even took it off the trailer. Bring it home and go to unload it from the trailer and the motor seizes up. Keep in mind we have less than an hour of run time on this thing. Return it to the dealer, they open it up and find "extra parts on the case". Honda tells them to order parts and rebuild the motor. So, I call the wonderful world of customer service and am told thats all we’re going to do is rebuild your motor.
I bought a brand new machine but am ending up with a 2017 with a rebuild. This just isn’t right!. Keep in mind I only rode it on and off the trailer!

What do you folks think, am I being unreasonable about this? Would you expect them to give you a new bike?
