I took my 2014 550 sportsman into the dealer for a couple problems. One was a bad master cylinder. that was covered by warranty. That’s good.
The second problem was play in the right rear upper A arm bushing. I removed the bolt that holds it together(it was loose) and seen the bushing was out of round. I had it put back together and showed the slack to the service manager and asked if it was covered. He wasn’t sure and said he would try and work something out with Polaris. I told him if it wasn’t covered to let me fix it. Today he told me his mechanic fixed it by tightening the bolt back up. He said per his mechanic the bushing was not out of round and everything lined the way it should. I know for a fact the bushings are bad. I also put the bolt through the mount without the A arm and found there was play, the mounting holes on the frame are slightly out of round also.
I am going to pick it up tomorrow and plan to loosen the bolt back up and see if the play is gone while I’m still there. If they didn’t replace the bushings and the play is still there and I show him the bad bushings what then?
All the other bushings are tight on the other 3 wheels. I loosened the bolts to check them.
What would be the best way to deal with this service manager?

BTW. I found the problem while doing my service greasing and cleaning. I have 361 miles on her and LOVE it! I just feel like this guy is trying to BS me and would like advise on what to do next.
Thanks
