Moving a non-running 350 Fourtrax

Hello. I’m a complete newby to ATVs- I joined up here for some advice on my first machine which is a 1989 Fourtrax 350. I have invested in a Fourtrax Cyclepedia manual to begin the learning curve of servicing the thing. Was running just fine when I got it a week ago and now it refuses to start. That’s not my immediate concern yet-I have a carb kit and a set of new filters coming in the mail, so I’ll begin with that.

The problem is it stalled in the driveway and I can seem to budge it. The green light indicates it’s in neutral but all the wheels seem locked up making it impossible to roll back to my drive shed to work on the engine. Is there something that disengages the drivetrain to make it roll (like the lever disengaging a lawn tractor?) Thanks in advance!
