My start button broke so needed a new switch panel on the handlebars. Picked up an ES switch panel from a bud. Wired the shift buttons to my winch solenoid. Had to cut the plug off my old switch and splice it onto the new switch to make it work. Pretty easy mod and now the Rancher has integrated winch buttons!
