L Max…2015 or 2016 450 or 570?

After a lot of contemplation, I think I am going to pass on the single seat 570 version and go with a max L of some variety.

There are some great deals on the 2015 450 max right now…as low as $6466 for the DPS version.

Dirt trax reviewed the 450 max DPS and says it is a blast due to its power to weight ratio and quick low end torque of the single vs the twin. I also wonder if it does not run cooler than the 570 twin.

The 2015 still has the 5 year warranty…the 2016s have the 6 month.

Did they do many updates on the 16s or should I pay less for a much longer warranty?

Or I can move up to a 570 for $7488…seems like the 2015 450 with 5 year warranty is the best deal…if there were not a lot of problems with year 1 that had to be fixed in the next model year. I guess 2016 was the first year for the 570, so maybe they are both "first year" bikes in reality.
