Just ordered 2016 Rancher 4×4 Automatic DCT IRS EPS

What are the first mods I should look into? I’m taking it out to the country in a few weeks so I’d like to get everything done in the next couple of weeks.

My 2008 Rancher (SRA) foot shift model was stolen a few weeks ago. I had 27" Maxxis Zillas on ITP SS212 wheels, snorkel, homemade stereo, Power Commander III, HMF Utility Exhaust, Highlifter Front Bash Plate, Moose Neoprene Seat Cover, Warn XT 25 Winch, Uni air filter and Moose Rear Trunk.

I mostly want to setup the new one similarly, but have been out of the game for a while. I’m a little lost since I went automatic and rear IRS this round as well. I ordered the factory winch, a-arm guards and skid plate. I’m not sure if I can fit the 27" tires on the new one with the rear IRS. Also, is the Power Commander V (w/ Autotune) and a new exhaust worth it or is there another tuner that is worth looking at? Is there a gear reduction out that I can install?

I’ve been reading up a lot, but still don’t know if I have everything figured out. While I loved my HMF exhaust on my last bike, I’m not as concerned with noise this time around as I am performance. I do remember there being an issue with the stock exhaust going under water.
