I brought my 1991 Trailboss 350 4×4 into a local dealer to set up the carb. I suck at setting them up. I also had them go over the atv and give me a "grocery list".
They did not let me down. Here is the list:
Front wheel hub – guts are out of it, also need seals.
water pump leaking,
Top end – compression at 90 psi.
need new brake pads
Each of these are big ticket items and will cost me about $1000 in parts. More if I do not do the work myself.
The atv is paid for. Would you sink money into a machine this old?
All of the other work I can do. The question is – should I?
