Help: Chk eng, ecu, low batt?

Just bought a 2011 Polaris Sportsman 850 XP a few nights ago. As soon as I got it home trying to back it off the truck it acted like it had a dead battery (clicking) but after turning it over a few times it fired right up. (after I took my hand off the break). Parked it. Next day it started to do the same thing. After it fired up it had a check eng light came on and would only crank when it wanted to. Thinking the batt was dead I hooked a small jump box to it. The four wheeler fired right up. still having the check Eng light on. the code is 634 7 saying something up with the ECU. Would run but didn’t want to run it far because it seemed like it was getting pretty warm. Every time I would cut it off it would go back to the clicking acting like it had a dead bat once again. I took the bat out today and charged it. (ALSO MY GAUGES HAD Lo DIRECTLY IN THE CENTER, and no that was not showing me what gear I was in.)

WHAT COULD THE PROBLEM BE? Would just a low batt cause it to throw a check eng light and code because it the ecu wasen’t getting enough power. I only drove it less that 5min so the bat wouldn’t have had enough time to charge up and give the ecu power to work? Or am I thinking to positive and my ecu fried? Anyone have any of these problem..

ALSO: When I would try and turn the key over I could feel something happening in the ecu box and also the fuses. when I would put my finger on them..

Two codes: first IDLE AIR CONTROL 1 634 7 POSITIVE OUT OF RANGE & VOLTAGE TOO LOW 0 168 4
