Just finished installing the UTV Inc heat shield. Put Thermotec reflective material on first and taped the edges with aluminum tape to keep the material from peeling off. On top of the bed I also have one of those car window reflector shields and a 1/4" rubber mat to keep the box from moving around too much. Below are the before and after temps taken with an IR gun.
