A few of you know that I experienced a melted side fender the next day after I bought my new 2016 XP 1000. I purchased a GSE Trail Tamer slip on system and all I can say is the heat issue is gone and it was very easy to install.
It is slightly louder than the stock system, but has a good rumble to it. I can deal with the loudness rather than the melted side fender.
