When the grizzly first warms up, the cooling fan runs strong and the voltage at the battery is 14.2. My tempt gauge shows this to happen at about 177 degrees F.

After it heats up again, the fan runs very weakly and cuts on and off. The grizzly keeps getting hotter and hotter and the voltage at the battery is about 13.4. I turn the machine off with the key on and the fan runs strong again while still cutting on and off.

The temp light on the meter does not come on at any point and at about 245 degrees F, I shut the machine off for fear of overheating.

I have a new battery, new Spal cooling fan, new cooling fan circuit breaker, new thermo switches at the radiator and at the head, new thermostat and new water pump.

I’m at a loss. Any input is appreciated.
