Going to 27" from oem 25’s-help

So I am looking at the new Bear Claw HTR’s in 27" size on my stock oem 12" wheels but I’d like some help with info and advice. They are going on a 2013 Grizz 700 EPS.

I am going 27" for ground clearance and with the price involved it doesn’t seem to make sense to go one inch taller from 25".

I have a few questions though.

I know I’ll loose bottom end performance which can be gained back with a clutch kit but I read the other day that fuel mileage drops as a result of taller tires. How bad will it get? Will the clutch kit gain that back?

How will the taller tires affect my Tric rapid mount snow plow?

Was also told that any aftermarket wheel would add 1" each side because of offset so I am looking for oem steel wheels to put the tires on.

Anything else I should know?
