frame brake in lower front

Went on an extreme Atv trip near port Severn Ontario with 9 atv’s. Followed the snowmobile trails which were very technical riding. After 7 hours we all made it back with out being towed. We had such a blast that we didn’t mind changing the axles (4 different atvs broke axles) or straightening tie rods etc. wearable parts including bearings and ball joints are all expected to wear rapidly. The others were 800 can am, 1000 can am, 800 can am, 750 king Quad, 700 Grizzly, 500 can am, 250 bear cat

What I am encountering in the past few trips are frame breaks. Two trips ago the rear of the frame broke by tranny mount and lower arm tabs both broke off. I welded a plate in between all the tubing underneath, and added my own arm tab brace after welding the tabs back on as well as adding more steel webbing around tranny mount. Other strengthening mods were steel ribs to all the arms that were bending breaking where shocks mount.

Just when I think the frame is good the front comes apart in the lower front. Front diff dropped an inch in frame and flexed from side to side. (Anyone else have this??) All the other frame breaks I’ve seen here but not this one.
I posted a you tube link which is a bit dark but you can get the idea of what happened.

I am posting this for all the extreme atv riders so they know what to watch for. Catching these breaks early as they happen have saved this Atv from the wreckers. This forum has really helped and I hope I can contribute back. I would strongly recommend buying all the frame bracing you can if you plan the extreme riding/mudding.
