Engine Knock After Swamping

OK, so this is the second time I’ve swamped her. 2012 650 Max. First time was a full chug of water in the intake which wasn’t extended and hydro-locked it. Did the usual field repairs: remove plugs and blow it out, change oil and filter multiple times, drain the gas tank, ect. All was good.

Learned from that one and extended everything up into a stealth snorkel. This time (Months later) I got sideways in a watery mud pit and got water into the gas tank through the not sealed very well factory gas cap, which made it stall and then moved through the rings (I’m assuming) and down to the oil No biggie I figured. Again, usual field repairs: change oil and filter multiple times, new plugs, etc. Got towed back because the radiator was packed and overheated. Immediately shut it down and got towed back.

At home did more oil and filter changes and changed plugs again. Now I have a knock in the front cylinder. Interpret this as Cha-Ching??

What now? Looking for advice. Should I send the whole engine into Mr. RPM for a rebuild? All advice and opinions are welcomed.
