DONE ! Magnum 325 oil leak on rocker cover

I removed the air box cover, clutch air outlet duct, gas tank, 3-way valve & then removed the breather cover, 7 bolts all 1” long using 5/16” socket. I left the breather hose attached and moved to the side so I could access the rocker cover. Removed rocker cover bolts using 5/16” socket:
2 on left side are long 4”
2 inside and 2 next to cam shaft end (block plug) on right side are
1-5/8” long
4 on outside flange are 1”
I used Permatex Ultra-Grey RTV Gasket Maker to make gasket on rocker cover. Cleaned both surfaces with brake cleaner, removed old RTV with tweezers, needle nose and fingers. Laid a very thin bead of RTV on cover and mated both parts CAREFULLY then finger tightened all bolts. Let sit for 45 minutes and tightened a little more. Then 15 minutes later torqued to 7-8lbs. I let it set up for 24 hrs as recommended so figured it’s a good time to change park plug, oil filter (Bosch 3323), oil (Mobil 1 full synthetic 0W-40), fuel filter, air filter OEM 4”, all new fuel lines, battery, changed tranny fluid (Amsoil TCC per Amsoil rep.) and noticed 3 way valve was leaking when closed so got an OEM off ebay. Put in fresh gas (no alcohol) with seafoam added.
Fired right up and let sit for about 3 minutes to finish burning the oil off the exhaust, checked my new gasket and so far so good. Hopped on and went for a cruze – AWESOME ! I learned so much ! I didn’t even know where the trany drain plug was when I started. Thanks to old post and new friends on this forum I was able to get all of my questions answered. THANKS !
Here are a few photos of my project just after disassembley. I always label bolts/parts, put in little plastic bags for reuse and make diagrams/notes while removing parts – cuz I’m old !
