OK, I am a bit confused with the quantity of oil that goes into my 2002 Kodiak diffs, even google is letting me down with conflicting stories.
From the manual I have:- the final drive is the rear diff and holds 160mL of oil. The differential case is the front diff and holds 350mL of oil.
But that doesn’t make sense to me, the rear diff (final drive) is a far bigger case than the front diff (differential case) but only holds half the oil, is this correct??
