Cvtech installed and setup on our 570 and 800 xmr

After a msges with some knowledgeable folks, I finally got our New cvtech clutches dialed in pretty close.

First off, the 570 xmr. Wow, did the cvtech change this bike. Shift out is good, may need a Lil tweaking. I had a 2300 stall spring in it and just felt the engagement was to harsh . But, it would stand straight up and dang near flip over. So I went to a lower stall spring, sets it to 2050 rpm on the engagement. Now it pulls hard, revs quicker and gains speed alot faster.. It is going to be fun in the mud.

Before the cvtech I had a tan dalton spring in primary and silver epi in secondary. It would never pull the front wheels up unless in water and especially wouldnt on pavement.. I am still using the silver epi spring in the secondary.

Now on to the 800 xmr. It still wheelies the same, but now revs quicker and pulls harder then before. Just not as noticeable as on the 570. May be doing some more tweaking.

If u got a 570 outlander, renegade, or xmr. A new clutch will make a huge difference.
