Actualy this not for my polaris ATV but for my dad’s UTV. Its a 2008 cub cadet volunteer 748 efi. The issue is the CVT always stay engaged. You are not able to put the tranfer case into neutral or to put it in gear without a big grinding noise. I checked the belt and the tension on the belt is far greather than on my sportsman. The bel seem to be smaller than it should be. I checked and the belt in it has the correct part number. The problem seem to be in the cvt desing. I checked the belt wear and its ok the belt has the correct width. Another strange thing is the belt is not seating at the top of the secondary clutch like my polaris. I think a belt a tad longer will solve the problem what youy think ?
