My 2004 660 is just a bit rough for my wife to handle without power steering so I picked up my neighbors 2009 Honda Rancher. A great size bike for her with power steering and independent rear suspension.
My neighbor bought it new in 2009, rode it once, rolled it onto him when he was putting it back on the trailer. 126 miles on it and he covered it up never to ride it again. He finally decided this was going no where so he gave me a sweetheart deal with trailer.
I rode it back to my house and man it was trying to throw me! What did I just buy? I started going through looking for suspension damage but everything looked showroom new. Then I checked the tires. 39 pounds! No wonder that thing fell over.
After dropping them to 4.5 pounds I took a ride. Sweet as could be.
I went back to his house and told him about the pressure and he said quote:
"Oh, my tire gauge must be bad. I thought I put 45 pounds in them":icon_ goofy:
