Crankshaft problem.

What started this problem was I noticed oil coming from the breather into the headlight then I would be riding and once I let off the gas the quad would just die, but it would start right back up once I turned the key. I took it to the dealer and they said there is no thrust bearing in these engines to keep crank centered , it will eventually keep walking back and forth till it starts wearing into bearing and case. my flywheel was rubbing on oil pump cover and rear main seal was leaking into chamber between engine and trans. i have 700 miles on mine. Yes only 700 and its an 09. so what woul you guys do buy another 4500 dollar 850 engine, maybe get a 1000 engine?? or try and see if Polaris will cover some of it because it’s practically not even broke in yet. Or get a new Polaris possibly
