I was talking to a dealer about some issue with my Rancher and the subject of difficult cold weather starts came up. He told me the Hondas had a built-in cold weather start sequence. Something like throttle all the way, hold 3 seconds, release, throttle twice (that’s not the correct sequence) and you are telling the PCM to send more gas or more air or whatever to optimize a cold weather start.

I forgot what the sequence was. Can anybody help?
