I bought an 05 outlander 400 a month ago and have only put about 200 miles on it. I’m hearing a click sound, just one click, somewhere between when I push in the throttle and the machine starts to take off. It is barely audible, my wife on the back says she can’t even hear it. I believe it is when the secondary clutch engages, because there is a slight delay. Just one simple click, usually I hear it, sometimes I do not. If I ease on the throttle, it seems less likely to happen. Any idea what it could be. The U-joints seem to be fine and I greased them up.
