From humble beginnings ten years ago when we started MSA Wheels (MotoSport Alloys), to present day titans in offroad wheel manufacturing, the MSA brand has stayed endlessly committed to pushing the envelope of performance and innovation. We are incredibly proud to introduce an all new manufacturing process that produces the ultimate performance upgrade for race ready ATVs and UTVs as well as weekend warriors. Incorporating lightweight manufacturing processes using only virgin aluminum, we are able to decrease un-sprung weight, increase load capacity and knock seconds off your lap time. This is next level powersports. This is Rotary Forged Technology.
The MSA R-Forged F2 is a one-piece rotary forged aluminum wheel that is heat treated to ensure zero porosity and perfect weight balance for the highest possible ride quality in the industry. Each wheel is machined to exact tolerances before painted in deep semi-gloss black paint. The weight of our MSA R-Forged wheels vary depending on your bolt pattern. Because all MSA R-Forged wheels are exposed bore, the larger the lug pattern is (wider), the larger drop in weight you will experience.
Im replacing my stock wheels/bighorns with 30×14 Tensor/Method set. Do they need to be aligned by a tire shop or can I just mount them up myself and be good to go?
Just bought some STU’s for my Rzr XP1000 and needing a good wheel? What would be a good lightweight wheel headlock or not? Ant suggestions would be GREAT! Thanks in advanced.

With winter time coming fast up here in Canada. I was wondering what some of you guys do for tires, studs? Or chains if that’s a thing? Will be my xp1k’s first Winter and I don’t intend on putting it away.
Lots of frozen rivers and lakes up here. And trails. We get about 3-4 feet of snow Over the 6-8 months. With that being said there is still roads to cross etc. so I don’t want anything to aggressive or something that is just built for ice racing. Just looking to pick up some more traction.
Currently have the factory bighorns. And I’ll be buying and new set of tires and rims come summer time.

I have a set of Motorsport Alloys (MSA) M21 LOK 14" wheels for my XP1000. I got a set of BFG KM2s for them, but the shop is having trouble getting them to mount up on the beadlock. I know I’ve seen people running this combo.
The shop is thinking we’ll at least need longer beadlock hardware in order to get engagement with the rim, I guess the KM2 has a pretty big bead.

Hey guys. I just ordered a set of 32x10x14 STI Rocktane XDs for our XP4 1000. I know this is a huge step up in size and weight from the stock big horns, which I am currently running on STI 14×7 beadlocks.
Our riding mainly consists of two places. One place is at Disney, OK, which is 95% slow trail riding with a lot of rocks and hill climbs. Most of the hill we go up are tall, but gradual. And we go up them at a slow pace in low range, we don’t really push the machine. I haul my wife and kids around, and the riding experience there is more about just being out on the trails and watching the other people do crazy stuff.. We don’t do anything that comes close to pushing the machine. I dodge mud holes like they’re cancer, so no need in even discussing that scenario.
Our other destination is Littla Sahara in Oklahoma. I have Method 406 beadlocks with 30×14 Skats mounted up for that.
I feel like the stock clutching works good enough for us in both environments. We are still on the stock belt at over 60 hours, with maybe 40 of them at the dunes with paddles and 20 of them at Disney.
I wouldn’t mind spending the money on a DDP or comparable clutch kit to compensate for the much larger Roctanes.. My only concern is how it will affect the trips to the sand dunes. We don’t ride super hard there, either. But I don’t want to be messing with weights or springs every time I bolt on a different set of tires to suit the trip.
Should I leave well enough alone, or is there a happy "medium" clutch calibration upgrade that would work better in both environments without making changes to it?
Thanks for your opinions and suggestions in advance.
