29x9x14 bighorns

So Maxxis makes the bighorn in a 29" and 30" now. Everyone knows there actual size is all over the map. (26" measures 27", 27" measure 28". 30" measures 28 3/4"… Etc) but what I haven’t found is what the actual size of the 29" horn measures… Anyone have them and know the size? What I like about them at least in my case, the horns lasted a long time. And the 29x9x14 are really light, only like 24lbs

need fast help

found set of metric 32" x 17 bfg km not km2’s on craigs list. been waiting for 32 in crawler xg’s, to replace my 30" roctanes. after reading the new roctane thread today, im guessing these at 47#’s will be a big deal? are they going to be sticky enough for the rock crawling i do? i won’t have beadlocks will they require alot of air? ride terrible?

Roctane XD Actual Weights for 28, 30 & 32

I recently ordered a set of 32" Roctane XD’s on HD5 wheels. I went with same size all around on my xp1k so I could carry a matching spare. Per STI spec that combo should be about 58lbs per wheel. I was pretty shocked when it actually came to 70 lbs! The STI site show 43 lbs and my tire is weighing in at 55 lbs. I’m not racing and this is a rock crawler tire but weight was a factor in my decision and although I expected some variance 12 lbs is huge. Now I’m even more concerned about the axles so upgrading those ahead of my next trip. My spare was also far too heavy for the Isota box I just bought. At 58 lbs I expected to lift the lid a bit but Isota said a 32 would fit but once I got it on there it really was just too big and heavy so I had to swap it to a smaller lighter 30". I contacted STI and they provided the response below and thought I should share it here.

Thank you for letting us know about the weight issue. We went to the warehouse and weighed the 3 largest sizes of the Roctane XD tires and found the following:

28×10-14 37.3 pounds
30×10-14 42.4 pounds
32×10-14 53.3 pounds

The weights in our spec sheet are the original weights when the Roctane tires were first released about 3 years ago. After receiving your e-mail and weighing the current production tires we asked our tire engineers for an explanation We had some leaking issues with some of the first production runs and the tire engineers have made many spec changes to the tires to correct the problems. The added more rubber to the tire construction to make the tire more durable, puncture resistant and longer lasting. We did not realize how much weight had been added over the past 3 years. The good news is that we have a much better tire now, bad news is that is heavier. The weights listed above are the current weights. We will change the information on our web site to match. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and sorry for the inconvenience.

Prospector Pro iinstall

I have the Polaris prospector pro’s installed by the dealer. As before with the camoplast, they did no suspension adjustments. They don’t sit flat, especially the rear and driver front. The manual that they used only shows the mounting bracket install, but nothing about suspension. Can anyone help?

HELP! Can This Be Fixed?

Found my tire flat this morning with a large split in the sidewall.

These are Kanati Mongrel tires. There is still alot of tread left and I don’t have a warranty, unless Kanati will cover it?

Is there a way to get this melted back together?

Thanks
