Custom atv hauler

Ordered brand new 28 foot trailer. Then installed florescent lighting, beds, tools boxs, tire changer, bead breaker, microwave, furnace, rooftop a/c, couple rows of etrac, stabilizing jacks, etc. Hauls five quads, comfortably sleeps 3 in beds and more on floor, and works exactly as planned!

Atv on Tracks in truck box?

I’ve been toying around with getting rid of the snowmobile and trailer. Could I put my 700 Grizzly on tracks in the Tundra truck box? Then I could get a hitch mount cargo carrier for the flip over ice fishing shelter. I have airbags on the Tundra. Pics would be great. Thanks

Trailer question

Hey guys whats up, so something i didn’t take into consideration when i bought the grizzly was the size of the thing, it turns out it does not fit in my trailer so i haven’t really been able to use it, now since ill be shopping for a trailer and i always plan on owning multiple atv’s i’m gonna look for a trailer that can hold 2,

I found a good deal on a 9×8 flat deck snowmobile trailer its listed as a double, would this hold both the grizzly and another atv?

For those with non-Toyhauler RVs, Idahotote

Yeah, avoiding all of the I da ho jokes…

It is quite expensive but a unique way to tow your toys behind a RV/Trailer if you don’t have a Toyhauler. All signs point to this is an attachment to the trailer and not considered a double-tow. Some states don’t allow double tow and most states don’t allow double tow behind a non-5th wheel trailer.

The video on their home page makes the product look very cool as it shows forward and backing movement with wheels that turn. Again, lots of money for it though.

Trailer tire alignment

I noticed that the inside of my trailer tires were wearing at an accelerated rate. It was clearly a result of excessive positive camber.

/——-

I took it to a truck tire and alignment shop here in Atlanta, and they bent the axle in 2 places, in order to remove the camber. Cost $50

This trailer is 3 years old, and I have never hauled anything heavier than the Grizzly. I have driven over some rough roads, but nothing I would have thought would bend the axle.

Is this a typical problem ?

Enclosed trailer deck paint?

I am picking up a new Wells Cargo 7 x 16 enclosed trailer, to haul a pair of Grizzlies. Their Fast Trac model. Looking for recommendations on the interior deck coating/paint. Also wanted to know if anyone has coated underneath the trailer frame and plywood? I’m thinking truck Bedliner material? I think I could brush/roll that on myself. Rust oleum makes a porch paint, that has good reviews.

Thanks in advance….
