Now, the parts ordered on this last order are not mission critical, but damn, a week and not shipped yet ?
Maybe I’m just old school (or over the hill depending on your point of view) but when a customer sends me money for a product, my responsibility is to get that paying customer out their order ASAP. My reputation and that of my business depends on the thoughtful, professional, and respectful trade of money for product in the most seamless way possible.
I dont do business with folks that act in a less than respectful manner. First time, I thought a fluke, second time, I’ve learned my lesson and will go elsewhere from now on.
