Longer Control Arm Bolts

Has anybody found a source for longer a-arm bolts ? I recently had to fix the wallowed out holes for my lower, front arms. I bought a set of "S" model bolts that are slightly longer than standard 800 bolts, but they are still too short to reach the nylok inserts on the nuts after adding the RacerTech step washers. The stock bolts are grade 8.8 steel, M10-1.5x273mm (approx). I’m looking for bolts in the 285-300mm range. Or even 8.8, M10 round stock might work. I’m pretty sure I could get both ends threaded by a machine shop.

Or any other ideas short of tack welding the bolt to the frame ? How about drilling the nut/bolt and running safety wire through it ?

Suspension advice needed!

I have a 2013 rzr 800s with a s3 3" bracket lift and I found a deal some outkast forward arched a a-arms an rear a-arms with the 3" lift built in the upper arms. My question is can I stack these lifts to make 6"s of lift if I run my Springs a little soft with after market axles? I’ve asked a few people but I can’t get a definite yes or no answer. I’ll be running a 32 or 33 inch tire so I’m needing more lift

Introducing the New Podium Internal Bypass Shocks by FOX

Ride the Shocks the Pro’s Ride

Position sensitive damping that adapts to any terrain, providing a plush, predictable ride everywhere you go.

HIGH LOAD CAPACITY, LOW FRICTION LINED BEARINGS provides smooth operation and long-lasting durability.

DSC ADJUSTMENT: DUAL SPEED COMPRESSION ADJUSTMENT PROVIDES HUGE RANGE OF OPTIONS TO FIT ANY DRIVING STYLE OR TERRAIN CONDITIONS.
Precision engineered high flow piston, base valves, and porting are designed for your type of riding.

BIG BORE RESERVOIR
The large-diameter bore allows for greater damping force capability while allowing the shock to
run at lower overall
temperatures, resulting in less fade and more consistent damping.

BIG BORE SHOCK BODY internal bypass technology contains inner passages that allow fluid to bypass the piston through regulated ports, this allow for a plush, predictable and plush ride over normal off-road driving conditions and also have the ability to ramp up damping force for extreme use.

VELOCITY SENSITIVE DAMPING
Custom tuned shim stack provides ultimate ride comfort, bump absorption and vehicle handling.

NEGATIVE SPRING eliminates top out and provides additional ride comfort in small chatter bumps.

CUSTOM MAIN SEAL is low friction for improved comfort.

BUILT TO LAST 7/8” hard-chromed solid shaft.

FOX patented Internal Bypass technology offers position sensitive damping that adapts to any terrain on and off the road, providing a plush, predictable ride everywhere you go. Internal Bypass technology utilizes the same race-proven, position sensitive damping technology as External Bypass Shocks in a compact and hassle-free package.

POSITION SENSITIVE DAMPING TECHNOLOGY

DUAL SPEED COMPRESSION
Adjust high and low-speed compression damping with external adjusters.
Maximize compliance with extra damping for big hits.

LOW SPEED COMPRESSION
Adjust damping during slow suspension movements.
Affects wheel traction and body control.
Controls harshness of ride.

HIGH SPEED COMPRESSION
Adjust compression damping during medium to fast suspension movements.
Control high-speed compression damping without bottoming.

HOW INTERNAL BYPASS WORKS

COMPRESSION
Fluid bypasses piston for comfortable ride on light terrain Restricted fluid creates firmness to prevent bottoming

REBOUND
Piston is held momentarily to prevent bucking

elka on a 16 900s

im new to the razor thing , I have 30 years of motocross expierence, in mx suspension can make or break you, I soppose its the same on a rzr, first off how do u measure sag on these things to see if your machine has the proper springs? and second, are the elka shocks a huge improvement over the stock fox that come with the 900s? can you get away with just valving the stock stuff? and have it set up properly? are their any reputable suspension tuners on this forum? sorry, im a total newb to the razor thing, but think this stuff looks like so much fun!
