A-arm mount bent?

Having a blast getting the rzr ready for memorial day weekend. Noticed some slop in my front upper a arm. It was sliding front to rear on the bolt some. Just replaced ball joints so wanted to fix this. Ordered the bushings and started looking after removing the arm. old bushings measure the same as the new ones. Decided to measure between the mounts and it is 1/16 to 1/8 of an inch wider on the left or loose side. Any advice on this? I have a bunch to do this weekend so any quick advice is welcome. Can provide pics if that will help.

How to read spring rates/ numbers

I’ve searched but can’t find it. What do the numbers mean on a spring, what does each one refer to? Example, 1600.300.0250S. I’ve got a walker Evans / Holz upgrade but just trying to work out what is what on them.

1″ pipe lift WOW

I made up 4 aluminum spacers and just took it for my first ride. Wow what a difference. No diving over jumps and this machine will now wheeling with a blip of the throttle. Was on gravel and put it low, I almost flipped her when I punched it. It would only wheelie before if I really hopped on it to compress the rear suspension. It is now a monster no joke. I was considering a clutch but definitely don’t need it anytime soon. I put the front cams at the factory setting and the rear is cranked right up. Seams to be perfect. Also gained 1.5" of clearance underneath unloaded. Best mod to date hands down.Attachment 27458Attachment 27459

Super Dave’s A-arm bushing torque settings

Installed a-arm bushings from Super Dave’s, and after torquing to spec the suspension arms must be forced to travel up and down (without the shock mounted). Will this "loosen up" over time, or should I back off the torque setting until they move more freely? Damn sure don’t want them washing out the bolt holes, even though I’ve reinforced them all with weld washers. Thx!

Bent motorsports plus 10 kit

This is a review of bent’s plus 10 kit and service.
1. Background, car is a 2008 rzr with z1 conversion with a 10" stretch. After 3 turbo mods/ tunes I decided to have my dream car built.
2. Car is strictly a sand car and I run it in glamis, ran car all last season.
3. The kit provides 18" of travel front and rear., gained roughly 4" of ground clearance. The initial valving got me real close to what I wanted. Dave knew I only planned to run sand and with my feedback/driving style loaded me up with his sand set up. Initial set up was a lil soft in rear at slow speeds. Dave worked his magic and nailed what I was after. The kit from the get go could blitz whoops at high speeds, I wanted to be able to aggressively throttle into whoops with minimal distance like 10′, dave’s second setup accomplished that. Suspension soaks everything up (granted 10" stretch didn’t hurt :)) never felt any fade with long high speed whoop passes at all the major hills and sand highway. Car is well balanced, gets even better at speed. I had a Dragonfire plus 4 kit with boxed a-arms before this and bent’s a-arms are a lightweight tube design, high quality and strong.
4. Car is a custom one off so many variables to deal with. Axles, cv grease and boots. Running turners Eagles up front and evos in the rear. Dave worked directly with turners on specs of their LT. kit but turners got the front axles wrong (too short) literally fell out after 2 minutes (pulled em and ran 2wd that trip). To their credit, turners admitted mistake and was a 10 day turnaround for corrected axles to get back to me. Due to droop angles in rear and the big evo cv’s the break in was lengthy and still after 3 trips to glamis was seeing high cv temps, cv’s leaked all 3 trips. Dave recommended running a different grease and that fixed the problem. March made last trip to glamis, 90 degree temps, suspension and all supporting components worked perfect.
5. Customer service, Dave and mark are stand up guys who back their product and work. I have been in San Diego since 1990 and have had many street and dirt bikes, 2 rzrs so I have been to AlLMOST every service shop in San diego county and until taking a chance on bent motorsports would only deal with 2 shops (alba racing and all american ktm). So now I’m up to 3; Dave and mark are honest, fair, extremely competent straight shooting guys. I am having them build me a custom cage for my car, after spending some time in their shop have seen their fab work and it’s on par with the suspension kit/experience.
6. Next season will get some video of car and suspension in action.

suspension ?

I have a 2013 outlander and had the nose dive problem so i put in the spring spacer pipe lift. 1.5 ” spacer in the front and back and i lost the smooth ride .
if i take out the rear spacers will make it a bit better ?

2015 rzr xp4 1000 limit straps

So i installed limit straps b/c of the 3-5" lift i installed allows the wheels to drop further than stock and starts to bind the axles. So to fix this i ordered a set of poly performance limit straps. Well the rear straps bow out when there is weight on the rzr and try and catch on the inside lugs of the rear tires.
The front tires the lower mount of the limit strap rubs the inside of the tire at full turn. Anyone have any ideas or have ever installed limit straps on these before?
