Shot this photo last night after updating our cutaway model to our latest upgrades.
This is the technology going into our soon-to-be-released XP1000 struts.
Not shown yet is the integral reservoir with its 5-stage modular compression damping.
My friend did this and suspension now works better than original. I pick up mine today 😀 So basically change stiffer springs to fox shocks… I ordered also because now its possibility to get smoothies also vs. the spacer lift.
spring solution from brp parts…
I ordered for me renegade and 2015 xmr springs which are stiffer and longer
original front spring rate 102/167 LB/IN – free length 320mm – wire diameter 8.83mm
new spring rate 162/275 LB/IN – free length 330mm – wire diameter 9.52mm
original rear spring rate 102/159 LB/IN – free length 306mm – wire diameter 8.83mm
new read spring rate 102/167 LB/IN – free length 320mm – wire diameter 8.83mm
brp part numbers
front 706202068
rear 706202064
Should provide some lift when tighten up…. also you could be able to get smoothness but also more progression in hard compress…
I did not like the spring spacer because it does harsh ride…

Looking for some opinions on the different brands out there. Mainly looking at the rock crusher and and satv. I like the parts being reasonable in the rc kit, but satv is supposedly lifetime warranty. My two main concerns are quality, and minimizing the amount of width that I add.
Anybody running the satv? Don’t really want to wait for the rc to be available.

Coming this October, ORI dual-chamber nitrogen struts for the Polaris RZR XP1000! Watch for these features for the latest in high-performance suspension available only from ORI Struts.
5-stage modular compression damping for rear struts, 3-stage front.
Externally-adjustable compression and rebound damping.
Light weight.
Can be tuned to run with or without the anti-sway bar for dunes, Ultra4, rock crawling, trail riding.
Ultra high-flow oil return from reservoir.
Available with either integral reservoir or remote reservoir.
Deep fin heat dissipation at both the strut and at the reservoir.
Change ride height, improve body roll stability, and dial in ride comfort by simply adjusting upper and lower chamber gas pressures.
Direct drop-in replacement of stock suspension. No modifications.
Hi Members. I’m working with a fairly old 2000 Ds650 and trying to improve the steering stability. I’ve lowered the suspension as the bike will be used on high speed smooth roads. Presently it requires quite an effort to begin a turn then quickly changes to an oversteer situation. I see somewhere that the makers may have changed the front a arms to improve the steering at around the 2003 year. Any idea if that is correct and what geometry (camber, caster, kpi, etc) would be suitable in my usage. Any advice would be appreciated.
so i recently installed a hcr kit on my rzr. i had to replace the cv clamps on the axles. the outboard side of the rear cv seams to be tight and the after market clamp hits the housing. this is not going to work. anyone ran into this before? any help would be appreciated. maybe somewhere i can buy a oem style clamp instead of the after market on that folds back onto it self.
