With so much complaining anymore about the silliest things I wanted to stop in and Thank you guys for taking care of me on 2 different occasions.
Both picking up my DE doors and Graphics and Today with my wheels and tires it’s been a wonderful experience..
I basically flaked on Friday in my haste to get out and go get my wheels I dropped and killed my damn phone and had to get it fixed before doing anything. Sent them a PM yesterday and still got the same deal today, thank you again.
I’ll gladly drive out of my way (45min) to get that kind of service from a company.
I ordered a SSV works over head system for my rzr4 900 and spoke with a very friendly guy over the telephone for close to half an hour I received my product quickly and though the box was beat up and had a nick on one of the corners of the system I was too excited to care I was going on a ride this weekend when I started to install the system the brackets wouldn’t line up i called sidebyside where I purchased the system no answer so I left a voice mail and then called ssv works where they told me that I had recovered the wrong system. I left several messages with this company with no response I finally talked to an individual on the phone named jay who tried to tell me it was the right system all 900’s where the same and finally after he figured that it was wrong on their end he said that he could not afford to overnight the unit to me it would be too costly for them. This was their mistake not mine and they are not even trying to remedy this situation other than saying they can get me one in a week or so that’s great but I’m not going riding in a week or so. I have never been so disgusted with a company and their lack of care for the customer. Needless to say I’ll be getting a refund and spending my money else where
