High Lifter Turbo

High Lifter has two of these Bad Boys in their facility now doing a full build, I cant wait to see what they do with these.

They are advertising a new 10” lift, I bet we will see one installed on a Turbo!!!

Best paddle tire for XPT

Now that these machines are starting to arrive, I wanted to start a thread on what paddle tire people are using, where are you using it, what size tire & wheel, etc. I’m considering STU, Skat, GMZ, and the new Pro Armor Dune tire available from Polaris.

St. Anthony demo ride

Wow…. That’s all I can say about the turbo!! The faster you go the smoother it is. There is NO lag. It is amazing. You wanna go fast? Pedal it and you get there in a HURRY!! More then once I was on the brakes faster then I thought I would be. It’s def an experience. There was one what I will call "interesting" sound though. When you got off the throttle and slowed down and got back on the throttle there was a very noticeable clunk. I could reproduce the sound on command. When we got back to base camp I asked one of the engineers about it. He said it was completely normal. It was from the front diff engaging. We were told to keep it in four wheel drive which I did so I can’t verify the sound went away in two wheel drive. I test drove a 2015 900 4 and it definitely did not have the same clunk. I know I know. Two different machines. Just an interesting thing. Definitely an amazing machine though!! Just thought I would give my opinion.
Thanks
Thom

Turbo info.

Anybody know how the new RZR turbo gets rid of the excess pressure after letting off the throttle?
Does it have a boost gauge?
Thanks?
