Checking oil

If I check my oil when the machine is cold, it shows at the top of the "safe" area. After following Polaris’ procedure of run it for 30 seconds then let it set for 2 minutes the oil level is at the very bottom of the "safe" area.
Which is correct?

Turbo broke before delivery.

My buddy went and bought a new XPT Saturday, did the paperwork and went out to load it up, but it threw a code before they got it around the building. Turns out some plastic piece or pipe on the wastgate broke. He now has to wait for warranty to fix it. Talk about BUMMER!

Day 3 My XPT came Victim to a overheat warning

If you have answered No to the question (has your XPT overheated) you just haven’t road it hard enough. Today my XPT came victim to a over heating event in Bean Canyon Mojave Ca. A long slow hill climb in Low gear took me to 235F just making it to the top of the Mt. The unit did not go into Limp mode cause I let it cool. I believe the Turbos radiator is just still to small for extreme hill climbs. I’m not sure if a bigger fan would help but to me it seems like there is just not enough volume for this radiator. Any feed back. Let’s hear it from some of those boondog Turbo guys.

Need axels ASAP!

I may or may not have had the skinny pedal down landing a jump and broke both rear axles at the track. I am finding nothing online for factory axles (part #1333439). I’ll be taking it to the dealer first thing in the morning, but I’m afraid they will not have them before we leave for our trip to Kentucky on the 20th.

If I cannot find axles quick – do we know if the 1000 rear axle will work temporarily?

This sucks!!

Vibration up front on turbo

Almost feels like something is rubbing the drive line. And I can’t seem to always replicate it. I have noticed it only happens in 4wd (obviously) also only seems to happen under a certain load ie hill climb. Feels more prominent in 4 low. Any suggestions?
