After you pull the graphics/stickers off a Graphite Crystal XPT, what is the base color of the car? White? Silver?

I wanted to see what the actual curb weight is of the new RZR XP Turbo so I threw it up on my scales. The machine as 2 miles on it, full of fuel and is exactly how I picked it up from the dealer.

Any one else have an issue where one door fits good. The other real tight. Not as well fitted. And yes I left all the hardware loose and adjusted it best as I could.

The Evolution Powersports diverter valve (Blow off valve) is constructed of anodized billet aluminum and features very high temperature sealing o-rings. The OEM Polaris part is constructed of plastic and is a very low quality part which is prone to sticking open which will dump boost pressure to atmosphere and will cause a loss in power. The EVOPS BOV is a precision part that is designed for high performance vehicles (it has been tested to over 500 hp!) and is a direct replacement for the OEM valve. Many different spring rates have been tried to maximize the performance and fine tune the transition from where the valve is open/closed for smaller displacement turbo/supercharged vehicles.

For those that want to hear the blow off valve, we will be offering a different style Blow Off Valve that vents to atmosphere rather than being recirculated. It comes with a pre filter to keep dirt and debris out of it. This would not be a good option for mud guys, but for sand and fast trail, it would be the bomb. Look for this on our website next week.

Super ATV says over a month until we might be able to get 1" wheel spacers.
Anyone know of a quality wheel spacer available anyplace else?

I was wondering what you guys see on RPM when running 60-65mph and what is your redline at.

Just curious if there is a bit bigger spread vs the 1000 on rpm. Only thing I don’t like is being closer to redline for long periods of time.

Me and my buddy took our XP Turbo’s to Colorado for three days of trail riding.

Our main issues were:

1) When you turn on AWD there is a bad vibration at slow speeds (under around 3mph). It is so bad that you can feel the vibration through the seat and up to your butt. Anyone else have this issue? Since we do lots of rock crawling this is a real issue for use. Also with AWD engaged the effort needed to turn the steering increases dramatically. It acts like the diff is locked up and you are driving on dry pavement but we are on loose dirt and rocks. Our XP 900’s didn’t have either of these issues.

2) When starting out in High gear at a slow pace you hear a clunking in the drive train. It sounds like its coming from the rear- either slop in the u- joint or in the transmission

We had no other issues. They never overheated. We saw 210 max. They have great power. The clutch offers fantastic braking as we descended down the mountains. I am running the Pro Armor Crawler XG’s in 30". So far they work great but it will take some some more rock crawling to make a good comparison to the Roctanes.

Other than the issues above (and the crappy cell phone holder that is too hard to open) its a great machine.

Does anyone know what can be done to hear the turbo better on these new turbo models?
