I’ve been strongly considering upgrading to the Polaris interactive display but would like to hear from anyone with one of these and your thoughts on it…. Or is there anyone with something better/different that you are happy with?? It’s a lot of money to drop so I just don’t want to regret down the road wishing I would have went another route….Would love some feedback, thanks in advance! 🙂
Had this happen today riding on some moderately rocky terrain.
Had my daughter with me, so I was actually taking it easy.
I don’t understand how this can happen. Shouldn’t they stay in on full suspension travel? I only have 120 miles on it.
Kind of pissed right now.

Im new to RZR & new to CVT, Guess we will see if the warranty works. New XPT less than 500 miles, less than 20 hrs. Hear a noise from belt area after starting & idling car. Sounded like belt noise so pulled the cover & found a bunch of small pieces of what looked like pop-metal. Belt is torn up, all 4 sheave’s are destroyed. My first thought was that something must have gotten in there and rattled around but was very careful pulling cover to check for anything falling out. The only thing that came out were small pop-metal looking pieces. Was able to drive back to trailer and drop off at dealer. They won’t look at it till tuesday and told me not to get my hopes up of having it done sooner than 2 weeks!
Does anyone have an educated guess? Friends have same car, with same milage and similar driving style (although I am a little more aggressive) and both those cars have no issues. Could driving style induce something like this? Our driving is desert trails & fast power line roads. I already ordered the primary & secondary assemblies just in case the dealer doesn’t warranty it & to have as spares if they do. Sure kills the holiday weekend trip plans.

Lol… I’m a fairly good driver, not over the top. Rather pay more then less and be happy with the power and performance. Rather have it and not need it then need or more likely want and not have it. Lol. I can wrench, but rather do may reg maintains and ride.
I live in northern Ca with mountain trails, rock country, wide open desert and only 2.5 hours from sand mountain.
If I could get some insight from those who have been ridding the XPT I would be greatfull. Is the XPT and it’s upgraded components worth th extra $$. Or maybe the XPT/XPT FOX and use the saved money for performance add on.

Turbo did not seem to run well second and third day at the dunes. I was playing with tires and shocks so I just kind of blew it off. Got home and decided to install my EVO billet BOV that I had bought early on since that is the main failure point that they saw. I didn’t want this part to ruin a weekend. Upon removal and inspection, this is what I saw.
