STM Primary & Secondary Clutches

I am going to update the clutching since I have a tune as well as added weight. I have no clue on adjusting or tuning a CVT, never had one before the XPT.

Basically looking for "CVT for dummies" breakdown on what different weights do, what all can be adjusted, ect. I’m also looking into the STM clutches. What are the benefits to using the STM clutches vs just a clutch "kit" that are now being released?

Help a clueless brother out 🙂

93 octane tunes

Those on the West Coast that are hesitant to order the 93 octane tunes for their Turbos because of only 91 octane availability, there is a solution.
The Lucas Oil octane booster will legitimately bump your 91 octane gasoline 2.5 – 3 points with their 5.25 oz bottle in the 9.5 gallon Turbo tank. They also make a 15 oz bottle for those that are concerned about the quality of their 91 and want to make sure they get to the desired 93 octane. Lucas has an exceptional reputation in the additive market and I verified this information with a senior executive in the company that I have known for years. I also use Lucas products in all my vehicles with outstanding results.

Polaris Industries, Inc. (Polaris) has issued a recall on RZR XP Turbo Recreational Off-Highway Vehicles after it was determined that the vehicles’ oil drain line can leak, posing a fire hazard.

XPT and Fox Edition front sway bars available

Front Anti Sway Bar System for Polaris XP Turbo and Fox Edition $199.95

Attachment 162537

Our new front anti sway bar for the XPT and Fox Edition are in stock and ready to ship! On the standard XP, body roll is a serious problem which is cured instantly with the addition of our front and rear anti sway bars. On the newer models the handling and cornering are quite improved over previous versions with the addition of a factory front sway bar on the Fox Edition and Turbo XP’s. But, the factory system is still a bit soft and allows quite a bit of body roll in corners which contributes to roll overs and slower corner speeds. Our new front Anti Sway Bar is a solid, heat treated bar that is larger than the stock system and adjustable as well. Some of the benefits to them are:

1. Stiffer system to limit front body roll

2. Three position adjustability so you can tune your front body roll to your driving style

3. More stable at high speeds

4. Higher corner speeds

5. More tire contact and traction while cornering

6. Quicker steering response when turning

This kit uses the factory sway bar links but you can also upgrade them to our Billet Aluminum, adjustable links. These not only look better but they are stronger too. They also allow you to adjust the system to make sure you don’t have any pre load to one side or the other if you have a bent A arm or any other movement that may cause a misaligned sway bar system. If you are racing and always turn left (sprint races, ice racing, ect) these links will allow you to pre load the sway bar to one side or the other. This will help tremendously if you are always corning the same direction.

These links are coming soon but are not currently available, check back soon

Our sway bar system is a direct bolt on item and will use the factory mounts completely. There are no holes to drill or tabs to weld. The installation of this system should take less than 30 minutes. A safer, more stable and most importantly, adjustable system is waiting for you. Don’t delay, order today. ECU cover ?

Anyone else have an issue with the plastic cover that is suppose to snap in, that covers your ECU ? It’s located behind the drivers seat ( or UNDER it, like mine was) I checked both of the Tirbo models at my local dealer and both of them fall out with zero effort.

The plastic cover states "DO NOT PRESSURE WASH BEHIND THIS COVER"
Well, I didn’t "directly" pressure wash behind it, but I did wash it and found the cover after pulling my seats to install my seat heaters.

Dealer told me to write a letter to Polaris, anyone have a customer service complaint email address ?
