i have a 2012 model .. got a love / hate relationship with this thing , love it .. when its going fine , could burn it when it breaks .. hopefully looking for some help with it .
The little problems is what i’m going through just seem to ruining every second ride , last ride done the bolt that goes through the motor – transmission , hopefully have that sorted now , ride before , wheel bearings , before that ball joint , belt .
I’m at the point of selling it unless I can get on top on the problems
The sort of riding we do is tracks , rock climbs , a wide varied ride , at the moment it is with a quad club as there is not many sxs here .
I have some R/T tie-rods coming , D/F front end gusset kit , Super Dave bushes for the front end .

2012 model , MCX low boost turbo , Ump air cleaner , Gorilla axles , Power Steer , Dragonfire rear arms 30" tyres , Winch , Tusk guard and the doors – extra cage stuff – seats / harness .
Is there any other stuff that I should be considering before it fails on me ?
I would appreactiate your help as it seems there is not enough knowledge over here ( Aus ) for them .
I need to replace my tie rod joints and ball joints. Should I replace them with Polaris brand or are the after market ones better? Where is a good place to purchase these? :question:
so I have a popo lock and ride plastic roof and ssv 4speaker setup. fit/finish is awesome, but I kind of want something that is more square, and don’t dip in in the middle towards the middle, just to get a little more protection from the sun…. I know with the pro armors, they sell you got to re drill some holes, witch is no biggie at all but they also go in in the middle…
Anyone know of anyone that offers something like what Im looking for?
Long story short i was at hatfield last weekend and went a little too deep. Mud/water got into my gas tank through my gas cap which wasnt on right (damn billet gas cap) and after riding for a bit it became hard to start and started sputtering on me. I got home and took the fuel tank out and found the mud/water and cleaned the tank all out and replaced the plugs since the sputtering was pretty bad and i had to ride it home like that. Now i have it all back together and it starts right up and isn’t stalling but my gas gauge shows no fuel. Is there something maybe stopping it from floating that i should check for? I’m going to take it back out tomorrow.If anyone knows anything about the fuel pump i would appreciate any help. Thanks! Ohh yeah. My buggy feels way more peppy with the new plugs in.

Just purchased a new gates belt and followed break in introductions, and popped off clutch box and belt is wearing quickly on the side facing me only have 30 miles on belt
I searched for a while and couldn’t find anything. But I’m in the process of adjusting my clutch and I can’t remember the approximate suggested peek horsepower rpms for a xp900 with alba stg 2. I’d appreciate it if someone with a stg 2 could tell me were there rpms are at.
