is there a pre filter available for the stock air box and air filter or for use with a K&N such as an Outerwears?

I have a 2012 RZR XP 900 that I just did a fresh bottom end rebuild on. I put about 20miles on the machine and I noticed when I poke around with the throttle to get some good acceration some white smoke will blow out, if I’m at a constant RPM or speed there is no smoke. Seems like it won’t idol anymore with out me giving it has or it stalls. There is no power loss or anything other then the smoke when I give it some good throttle. I read that the smoke could be from the rings not in the correct position, valves guides or seals, restricted oil breaker hose or gasket.

I have a big ride planned in Logan, WV this Memorial Day weekend. I have extra rings, pistons, top end and head laying around also.

This does not effect performance yet, only smokes at various RPMS as in accerating sometimes or quick throttle at lower speeds. Engine will stall of I do not give it any throttle. Started around 20miles after rebuild. Oil is clean and topped off.

I’m curious if anyone has any ideas? I have all the extra parts needed I just don’t want to replace the head or gasket if it’s just the rings or jugs. Thanks!

I have a 2012 900xp that I plan to use for XC racing. It has 26" tires and the engine is stock except for BMP exhaust, Dragon Fire intake and PC5 tuner. I’m hoping to find a clutch kit (springs/weights/helix) for the stock clutches that will help my 900xp keep up with the 1000xp’s in XC racing (mostly 0-30mph range). What do you guys recommend?

I have a 2014 xp 900 with a fuel customs intake, magna flow straight through exhaust and no tuning. Im running 26" mongrel tires. Would I benefit any by installing some type of clutch kit? Im pretty new to the sidebysides i don’t know much about the clutch in these bikes.

Installed new bearings per the manual and both hubs were tight when pushed into the housing. I’m thinking if this isn’t normal the Sprague/rollers/inside of ring gear are worn or this differential is missing a part somewhere between the dif housing and ring gear but everything is there according to the manual…

so is this normal or not?

I pulled up to a stop, the engine stalled. Re started with no problem but with foot on brake I put it in gear and it stalled…several time. I then built up a few rpm’s and slipped it into gear and I took off. Drove for about five minutes, stopped and all was well. What happened :question:

How much lift can I put in with stock axles. I’d like to do 3 or 4

I bent my passenger side pro armour door pretty bad. I can’t seem to find the brushed aluminum, just black.

Don’t suppose anyone knows where to find a single side rather then a full set? Want all aluminum, but at this point Id take whatever I could find.
