I have a ’12 rzr 900 xp and decided to make my own snorkel so I didn’t have any water issues getting into the belt case. The more reading I do, it sounds like I may have an over-heating issue after all the stock parts got taken out. Does anyone have any advice on how to keep it cool?
Rzr was running fine yesterday. Went to start this am and it will idle but upon acceleration the check engine light comes on and bike lurches then dies
2014 900 with 32 roctanes and a duraclutch. Planning a turner gear reduction looking for feedback whether to go with the one for 31 inch tires or the one for 34 inch tires.

Developed a knock on start up after about a week of sitting since last ride that showed no signs of issues. Have looked around and seen some things related to the tensioner fading or failing. It does stop or become in audible after operating temp is reached but until then its terrifying. Fresh oil (ps-4),filters checked and maintained with no cause for concern. Hoping someone has come across this or could shed some light on it.

Does anyone know of a suitable front tow hook for the 2011 900XP? I know about the frame U bolt but wanted something better. I am already working on a rear hitch.
